Author Biography

Harm Tilman

Harm Tilman (1954) is an author who has been working on the independent blog VivaArchitectuur.nl since 2021, where he explores topics related to architecture and the built environment. Previously, he worked as the editor-in-chief of the architecture platform de Architect and as curator of the Lensvelt de Architect Interieur Prize and the ARC Awards. He has written numerous articles and books on modern architecture and spatial planning. His recent publications include Corporate Campus (2024), Wolkenkrabberstad Rotterdam: Naar de volgende hoogte (2023), and Manifest (2021). He gives lectures and works on projects at various institutions both domestically and internationally. In the past century, he worked as a coordinator of town planning at the Academy of Architecture in Rotterdam.
